To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Sale or clearance items, accessories, lingerie, and bodysuits are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

5. Non-Returnable Items
